Have you admired the lovely swing-style knitting projects?  Local designer, Leslie Hamacher will teach you the secrets to the "swing style" of knitting.  Several of Leslie's Lavatera Rose designs feature this swing style of short rows, such as her Anubias Shawl.  This class will go over the wrap-and-turn method of short rows, as well as the German short row method.  Using these simple short row techniques, you will build bulb shapes in panels and sections that create a lovely colorwork design and accomplish garment shaping at the same time. 

You will be making impressive looking projects with ease!

Beginner level projects this class include Brigitt's Swing Scarf and Mitts set or her Swing Set Socks.
