Great for novices that have never knit before.  Learn how to select yarn, needles, read patterns, and learn basic techniques, including casting on, the knit stitch, and the purl stitch.

Students will work on projects of their choosing.
Knit a stitch sampler of garter stitch, stockinette, and ribbing and focus on techniques. or pick from several basic and fun patterns to cast on and successfully complete a first project.
