In Store Shopping during Phase Two
Mon-Fri 10-6pm and Sat 11-5pm
Please wear a mask, if you are able, wait 6-feet apart, and wash your hands.
Also, remember that we can't wash the yarn, so if you want to touch and squish, please sanitize your hands.
Our occupancy limit is 10 people in the shop at a time.
Classes and knitting socials will still be online (details and links in our Newsletter).
Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery are still available.
If you have a high-risk health condition or are concerned about exposure, we are here to help. You may still request contact-less curbside pick up or delivery. There is no need to make an appointment, you may pick up anytime during our open hours. When you arrive, please call 425-582-2694 and we will bring our order out for you. We have a table setup outdoors for contact-less pickup.
If you need other arrangements, please call us. We are happy to help with whatever you need.
When your package is shipped, you’ll receive a message with a link that will allow you to track your package in transit. If you have any concerns or there is a problem with your order, please send an email or give us a call and we will do what we can to make it right.

Temporary Covid-19 Policy: During Washington State's phased re-opening, we will not be accepting returns of any yarn, as it can not be safely disinfected or resold to another customer.
- Change of Heart: If you change your mind or realize you ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Items in new and unused condition in Original packaging may be returned for a refund or exchange. Refunds within 30 days of the date of purchase will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds within 90 days will be given as in-store credit. Refunds will not be given more than 90 days after the date of purchase. The following are NOT returnable: wound yarn, needles, notions, books, magazines, patterns, clearance, closeouts, discontinued products, or if otherwise indicated. Yarn that has been wound, unwound, or unraveled is NOT returnable. All sales of Needles and Notions are final and are NOT returnable. Return shipping charges and cost is the Customer's responsibility.
- Order Error: We do our best to avoid errors in fulfilling orders, but we are human too. If you receive an order with a discrepancy or error, please contact us as soon as you notice it and we will do our best to fix it. Please contact us about errors no later than two weeks after receiving the shipment.
- Defective Product: Our apologies in advance if you should receive a defective product! Please contact us immediately upon noticing the defect. We will attempt to handle the situation to your satisfaction. Some products provide lifetime guarantees and we will work with you for product replacement or repair when possible.
- There are a few items that are NOT returnable: wound yarn, needles, notions, books, magazines, patterns, clearance, closeouts, discontinued products, or if otherwise indicated. Yarn that has been wound, unwound, or unraveled is NOT returnable. All sales of Needles and Notions are final and are NOT returnable.
