An important part of this Craft Along is also community building and outreach to the allow the Food Bank Customers to participate and craft along with the community and knit or crochet themselves.
Cascade Yarns has generously donated 100 skeins of yarn for Food Bank Customers to participate for free! Anyone may help by covering the cost of knitting needles or crochet hooks with this Give-A-Tools-Set, which provides knitting needles or a crochet hook, tapestry needle, and stitch markers for a Food Bank Customer.
Donations of Knitting Needles in Size US 8 (straight or circular) or 4.5mm Crochet Hooks also welcome.
