The ‘Aal Ower Toorie’ is this year's official Shetland Wool Week Pattern, designed by the Shetland Guild of Spinners, Knitters, Weavers and Dyers.

We have kits in Jamieson's of Shetland Spindrift in all the official colourways and Char's special choice of colours, always a favorite.

Want to work with bigger yarn or something softer?

The traditional geometric shapes in this year's design are great for beginners and easily scales for worsted weight yarn.

We have several color bundles of Narwhal, our light-worsted merino. You'll have a super soft fair isle hat in no time! Knit one in your favorite team or school colors for game night!

Saturday, Sept 13th & 20th at 1pm
Class Fee $100

Learn to knit in the Fair Isle method, reading charts, choosing colors, how to handle two-strands at once, adjusting tension, catching floats, changing colors, fixing mistakes, creating your own designs, and tips for creating a successful project. Students will knit a beginnger's fair isle hat using worsted weight yarn.
