Building Blocks with Lace
2nd Saturday of the Month
starting 09/13/2025 at 3:30

Class: Building Blocks with Lace
Instructor: Bethany Harper
Two Hours almost monthly for 10 Months

Lace Knitting enthusiast, Bethany Harper, will teach you to knit lace and read knitting charts at a manageable pace with Michelle Hunter’s Building with Lace booklet.

Each month students will be guided through a different type of lace. Sample pieces available to see and feel in the Shop.  Students will knit a sample size in class and then you will have the month to knit the section on your project. Each section is about 40-50 rows over 120 stitches +/- a few row/stitches so this is very doable in a month’s time. Bring your project to class with you each month so we can show and tell our progress!

Bethany has been knitting lace for over a decade. Her love for lace touches to her nostalgia for antiquities. She loves the delicate nature of lace textiles and wants to encourage knitters to continue creating beautiful lace pieces.

Level: Adventurous Beginner onward
If you can knit and purl you can excel at this course!
