Class Resist Wet Felting - Vessels

Resist Felting is an advanced wet felting class.  This class uses wet felting techniques to create added dimension in the piece by shaping the wool over a shape.  This technique may be used for wall hangings, vessels, scarves, hats, and anything else you want to create.

All necessary materials and equipment will be provided, including wool, embellishments, forms, twine, marbles, pebbles, styrofoam, and other types of resists.

Students are welcome to bring any additional supplies they would like to use in their piece.

It will be helpful for students to already be familiar with basic wet art felting techniques, as you will be able to explore this wet felting technique more fully.  However, it is OK if this is your first wet felting class.  Kerri will guide you through all the steps you need to successfully complete your project.
