Covid-19 Health Update

Reopening Monday, Sept 19th

Hello Stranded Knitter, Crocheters, Spinners, and Makers!
I wanted to give you a Covid-19 health update.

As of Sept 9th:  I tested positive for Covid-19 on Friday evening.  Out of an abundance of caution, I have been testing regularly since attending the Mariners Stitch 'n Pitch last Tuesday and riding the Link Rail to the game and home.  I am vaxed and boosted and wore an KN95 mask on the train.  I tested negative Thursday and again on Friday.  However, I started to feel feverish and tested again Friday evening, which came back positive.  I immediately began isolating.

As of Sept 12th:  The shop has been closed and our regular socials have been canceled this week.

UPDATED 9/16:  The good news is that I don't have a fever anymore and I'm testing negative. I still have a lingering cough and will rest over the weekend to make sure that I'm well before coming back to the shop.

I'm planning to re-open the shop again on Monday.
All frequent contact surfaces have been disinfected.
I will wear a mask for added assurance.

Masks remain optional for all customers.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
Bring on Sweater Weather!
