The first meeting of our new charity knitting & crochet group:
Hook & Needle Knockers
is this Tuesday, May 4th at 4:30 pm.
This group is open to anyone that would like to knit or crochet Knitted Knockers. Knockers are soft comfortable handmade breast prosthesis for women who have undergone mastectomies or other procedures to the breast. Find out more about Knitted Knockers here.

for now we're on Zoom but hoping for in-person gatherings soon.

Stranded by the Sea is a Designated Collection Point for Knitted Knockers.
Drop off your completed knockers (either stuffed or not is fine) and replenish your yarn supply!
We carry a wide selection of Cascade Ultra Pima, HiKoo CoBaSi DK, and Universal Yarns Bamboo Pop. All three are on the list of officially Approved Yarns for making Knockers.
